We are employed by local authorities and housing associations to deliver fire safety and electrical works to their buildings, with careful consideration of the needs and expectations of residents and their communities.

Much of our work is within occupied homes, carrying out a mixture of internal and external works projects, through long term framework and partnering agreements and one-off contracts. Our project delivery teams provide a personal service to our customers and their residents. They work with them to shape the service required and to set the standards for successful delivery.
