Central and Cecil Housing Trust

Sureserve Fire & Electrical, part of the Sureserve Group, has been a principal contractor for Central and Cecil Housing Trust for more than a decade, and our excellent working relationship has resulted in the renewal of the initial contract twice since 2001. Over time, our close partnership has enabled us to adapt our administrative procedures and work practices to form agreed service level expectations.

Our work involves planned and responsive servicing and maintenance of fire detection, emergency lighting and alarm systems at around 70 sites.
