History
Sure Maintenance was formed in 1988 and is managed by Managing Director Pat Coleman. We install, maintain and service gas and central heating systems across the UK and the majority of our work is undertaken for local authorities and housing associations.

Sure Maintenance delivers safe, reliable, award-winning gas installation and maintenance services to clients across the UK.
Installations
Sure Maintenance has been carrying out central heating and boiler installations within domestic properties for over three decades. This includes boiler replacements, system upgrades, cylinder upgrades and unvented installations.
Maintenance
We provide a range of maintenance services for registered social landlords, local authorities and housing associations including 24 hour breakdown and emergency cover, routine maintenance to domestic and commercial appliances and preventative maintenance packages for communal and district heating schemes.
Servicing
Faulty gas appliances are dangerous and can result in death. Regular annual gas safety checks ensure that gas appliances and central heating systems are working properly.

Sure Maintenance offer a comprehensive range of renewable energy services to clients across the UK.
