Overview

Boiler and central heating installations (reactive / planned) form part of our wider domestic servicing and maintenance contract, which we have been delivering since July 2017.

Our installation programmes run alongside our service and maintenance contracts, yet run independently. Properties are widespread across the North of England and SW and house a diverse range of customers – therefore we need to be prepared when accessing customer homes. 

Evidence of successful delivery

  • Installations completed within 5 / 7 days: 100%
  • Defects: <0.5%
  • Customer satisfaction: 100%
  • Spend within budget: 100%
  •  Number of re-calls (first 12 months): 0.48%

Our robust contract management and resourcing enables us to respond to all TGP installation requests, reactive / planned. This has resulted in the successful completion of over 1,000 installations each year.
