Service, Repairs and Maintenance

Our service and maintenance department has a highly skilled workforce of experienced engineers who politely and efficiently service and maintain all types of heating systems. Whether to the public or private sector we are dedicated to providing a friendly, professional service. All our engineers and delivery team are trained in customer care procedures.

We will service and maintain every system with the minimum of fuss and disruption to the householder. We will ensure that we leave everything as we found it, disposing of any waste safely and securely. We provide maintenance services to over 120,000 homes every year, tracking annual service dates and issuing the appropriate safety certificates.

Electrical Installation Condition Reports

We carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), or periodic inspection reports, Landlord Safety Tests or Homebuyers Tests.

Whether it’s your home, a business or a property you rent out, your electrical installation should always be covered by an in date Electrical Condition Report. Although it’s not a legal requirement to have an Electrical Condition Report many legal documents refer to an Electrical Condition Report as a way of satisfying their requirements - The Electricity at Work Act as one example.
