Scope of Work: Replacement of 2 commercial boilers at Lincoln College, including replacement of flue system, a new energy efficient system control panel, and plate heat exchanger. 

Description: Our dedicated Contract Manager maintained a close relationship with Lincoln College, carefully managing the detailed programme of works and resources to ensure our adherence to priority timeframes and full compliance with Lincoln College requirements and statutory regulations.

Our team worked to our accredited management systems, ISO9001 Quality, ISO14001 Environmental, ISO50001 Energy, ISO45001 Health and Safety, Tpas (customer engagement quality mark) ensuring that we delivered a first-class, bespoke and consistent end-user focused service at all times.

Resource: Maintaining exceptional KPI performance, our dedicated in-house delivery team were highly responsive. They operated a 24/7/365 rota, which gave us flexibility and ensured we always met Lincoln Colleges requirements. 

• Experienced commercial operatives were qualified in all fuel types including gas, oil, solid fuel and renewable technologies; complemented by a team of electricians and multi-skilled tradespeople. Our supervised apprentices were heavily involve in the installation.
• Trained Customer Liaison Officer and 24/7/365 call centre provided building users with a local point of contact.
